Public Involvement
TThe Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) is currently purchasing right-of-way and designing the West Dowling Road Phase II: C Street to Minnesota Drive project (WDR II).
The project aims to decrease congestion and improve east-west mobility in the area between C Street and Minnesota Drive.
