Public Involvement
The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) is in the early design phase of the West Dowling Road Phase II: C Street to Minnesota Drive project. The project aims to decrease congestion and improve east-west mobility in the area between C Street and Minnesota Drive. DOT&PF invites you to attend a public open house to learn more about the project, including its history, design considerations, next steps, and how YOUR input can make a difference in the project’s look and feel.
